Terms & Conditions:

1. This survey ("Campaign") is organised by CardUp Pte. Ltd. in collaboration with Funding Societies Pte. Ltd. (“CardUp”) and is open for participation until 9 May 2023, 2359 hours. 

2. The offer for the foodpanda Vouchers and AirPods 3rd Generation (“Campaign Gift”) shall end on 9 May 2023, 2359 hours (“Campaign Period”).

3. This Campaign is exclusive only to the recipients of this email.

4. 1 person is allowed to submit only 1 survey response to qualify for the Campaign Gifts.

5. The first 250 respondents to complete the survey (“Eligible Participants”) will get foodpanda vouchers worth S$10 each. The foodpanda voucher can be redeemed through a link, which will be provided to all Eligible Participants via the email address registered in the survey form.

6. 3 Eligible Participants with the fastest answers will get one AirPods 3rd Generation each. The AirPods 3rd Generation will be delivered to the address registered on the survey form by 9 July 2023 (2 months after the Campaign Period ends). The registered address must be within Singapore only. Apple Inc. is not liable nor part of this Campaign with CardUp.

7. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants agree that any information shared with CardUp will be used strictly for the purpose of studying and researching the financial behaviours and habits of SMEs. Eligible Participants also agree that the information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any external party, except as necessary to generate reports from the survey. These reports may be shared with external parties for the purpose of advancing research and understanding the financial behaviours and habits of SMEs.

8. CardUp reserves the right to add, delete or vary any shared contents prior to the release of the final version.

9. Approval on the eligibility of the Campaign Gifts is under CardUp’s sole discretion.

10. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by CardUp in respect of the Campaign shall be final and binding.
